Coaching engagements are typically structured over a 6-12 month period in order for you to see tangible progress toward your goals. That said, there is flexibility to complete our engagement sooner, if you’ve found that you’ve already met your objectives or the coaching is not meeting your needs.

I charge an intake and onboarding fee that includes all assessment activities, coaching program design, and the first month of coaching. Fees are then structured as a monthly retainer which covers bi-weekly coaching sessions, check-ins as needed, and tailored practices and resources. I offer a portion of my work at a discount to make it accessible to those with fewer resources. Reach out to learn more.

I typically work remotely via zoom, with the option of traveling to meet you in-person for our kick-off and final coaching sessions. For clients based in Barcelona, we have the option to meet in person and can even enjoy outdoor coaching sessions in our beautiful parks and gardens, as weather allows!
