I am a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation and a Certified Integral Coach through New Ventures West. I bring extensive training in the Enneagram personality system, and have coached hundreds of leaders around the world to better understand and develop themselves using this powerful tool.

I’ve worked with leaders of major companies, such as FedEx, XL Industries, and DPR Construction, and with international organizations, such as the UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs, International Rescue Committee, and the Centre for Disaster Protection, among others.

My Story

"We CAN make a difference, Papa!" I reassured my father, who was expressing grief about the harm being done to the earth. At eight years old, I was full of optimism and compassion - cartwheeling joyfully through the house while also aching deeply for those suffering.

Bit by bit, I learned to sideline these qualities. I wanted to build a career where I could have a positive impact and conformed to messages about how to appear competent and confident, especially as a woman. And it worked, mostly. Eventually, I became an international consultant leading projects for major organizations working on social and economic challenges around the world - my dream work.

But behind the scenes, I struggled. I was striving, self-doubting, and burning out. I treated myself like a big old pick-up truck, taking on the weight of the world, but never quite measuring up. I was bringing a fraction of my true wisdom and power, yet felt drained trying to meet my own misguided standards.

When I got the unexpected call about my grandfather's death, things changed. I deeply regretted not spending time with him in his final years. All my striving felt meaningless. I began to see how I’d been sacrificing the most powerful and authentic parts of myself: my desire and capacity for human connection, my grounded intuition, my compassion for suffering and complexity - including my own.

Over time I learned to reclaim these qualities. I reoriented my career toward work deeply rooted in my unique gifts. I now communicate more authentically, lead from my head and heart, and feel less anxiety and more joy. Most importantly, I guide others on similar journeys: reclaiming what they already have within, and also developing skills to lead more powerfully in a world in dire need of authentic, values-driven leadership.

A Bit More About Me

I am a French American woman, born and raised in Boulder, Colorado. I love nature, mountains, and adventure - I've hiked, skied and trekked on four continents. About me…

My Story

"We CAN make a difference, Papa!" I remember reassuring my father, who was expressing grief about damage being done to the earth. At eight years old, I was full of optimism and compassion - cartwheeling joyfully through the house while also aching deeply for those suffering.

Bit by bit, I learned to sideline these qualities. I was determined to play the professional game and make a real impact. I conformed to messages about how to be seen as competent, especially as a woman. I created a shield of easy confidence that worked, mostly. As an international consultant, I led projects for major organizations working on social and economic problems around the world - my dream work.

But behind the scenes, I struggled. I was striving, self-doubting, and burning out. I treated myself like a big old pick-up truck, taking on the weight of the world but never measuring up. I brought a fraction of my true wisdom and power, but was drained trying to meet my own misguided standards.

When I got the unexpected call about my grandfather's death, things shifted. I hadn't seen him in years, which I deeply regretted. Suddenly, my striving felt meaningless. I realized I’d been sacrificing the very parts of myself that mattered most: my capacity and desire for real human connection, my grounded intuition, my compassion for suffering and complexity - including my own.

Reclaiming these qualities took time and practice, but over time everything changed - I can now access my unique intuition, communicate more authentically, lead from my head and heart, and feel less anxiety and more joy. Most importantly, I effectively guide others on similar journeys: reclaiming that which they already have within, while learning to bring their gifts more powerfully into the world.
